Did you ever have a checklist that’s been on your cork board for years because you haven’t crossed a single thing yet? Yeah? You are not alone! Most of us tend to forget the things we are supposed to do that’s why our progress is so slow but accountability can change that. Here are the 5 things that accountability can do for your wedding business.
If you write down your dreams and goals whether it is personal or for your business, you will strive and work hard to to get it because you don’t like to be questioned (no one wants that!). You need to take an action to avoid “what did you get from procrastinating?”
Ask those people who know how to run a business or better yet knows your business well because they know the right strategies and the right move. You can ask your parents or siblings about it but you may not get the answer that you want if they are not inclined to business.
It is so easy to procrastinate especially if you know that you are the only one who knows what is going on. Right? Why bother? But if you have a friend (who is straightforward and not shy) to remind you about your tasks, it will be easy to accomplish them because someone is waiting for you to finish the task, because someone knows you need to finish it.
It is always nice to have someone who will remind us to focus on our goals. Sometimes we tend to do a lot of less important things that we forget what is the most important. If you have an accountability partner, someone will remind you to take one step at a time.
They will help you make a business plan, they will brainstorm with you and they will give you their honest comments and suggestions. They will correct the wrong course and lead you to a better one. Having an accountability partner can be a game-changer especially if you know that you get easily distracted and lose focus on work a lot.
